Evans began performing in high school as a magician. This was his part time job throughout college. After graduation, he joined the military and retired after a successful career. Post retirement, the acting bug bit again. Evans applied to and was accepted to the Tom Todoroff Acting Conservatory in Manhattan, NY. During his two years of intense training, Evans still found time to star in an independent film, several local commercials, and industrials. After graduation, Evans first big role was as a supporting character in the play, “Birthday in the Bronx”. As luck would have it, the play finished the full run just before the covid pandemic struck New York. Even quarantine conditions could not stop Evans from continuing to follow his acting dreams. He made the seamless transition from in-person training to online training. He is continuing his studies in acting through classes, independent reading, and a wide variety of interactive forums.
